Who We Are

A little church
with a big heart

We are a small Anglican parish in the heart of Te Kauwhata, North Waikato, part of the Diocese of Waikato and Taranaki. Our services are recognisably Anglican yet relaxed — a place where faith is lived out in everyday life.

Our calling is to be as Christ within our Te Kauwhata and wider communities: welcoming those who seek to connect with Christianity, and encouraging one another on a life-changing journey of faith.

There is a place here for everyone: families, singles, students, and seniors. We believe a warm welcome is the first act of ministry.

We seek to love our neighbours and serve our community, following the example of Jesus who came not to be served, but to serve.

We grow together in faith through worship, study, prayer, and honest community. Nobody walks this road alone.

Come as You Are

Whether you have been a Christian your whole life or are simply curious, you are welcome at St Margaret's. Our Sunday Eucharist at 9:30am is the heartbeat of our week — come along and see for yourself.
